O Lugar do Adorador

"Mas vem a hora e já chegou, em que os verdadeiros adoradores adorarão o Pai em espírito e em verdade; porque são estes que o Pai procura para seus adoradores". João 4.23


         Ao lermos este versículo, entendemos claramente a afirmativa que diz que "o Pai procura adoradores". Quantas vezes já não ouvimos este versículo? Ele tem sido tema de inúmeras meditações e até mesmo de canções devido a sua relevante mensagem. Mas será que diante dele já nos perguntamos: O que eu procuro "de" ou "em" Deus?

    * Procuro as mãos de Jesus - (Lugar de Bênçãos)

        O Senhor é Deus abençoador, que tem prazer em nos abençoar!
 

    "Do SENHOR é a salvação, e sobre o teu povo, a tua bênção".  Salmos 3:8


         Devemos buscar as suas mãos sempre que em situação de dificuldade. Não é errado! O errado é nos interessarmos apenas pelas mãos abençoadoras, e não pelo abençoador.
        Exemplo: Nos Evangelhos vemos o povo Judeu, durante o ministério de Jesus que foi por ele curado, liberto e perdoado. Este mesmo povo que andava às "multidões" atrás de Jesus, foi o mesmo povo que perante Pilatos, diziam sobre Jesus: "Crucifica-o"! (Mc 15.13; Lc 23.21; Jo 19.6)
         Este povo só queria as Bênçãos! Lamentável!
         O Adorador "em Espírito e em verdade" é uma pessoa que procura além das mãos de Jesus.

    * Procuro a companhia de Jesus - (Estar ao lado, Lugar de amizade)

 

    "Depois de terem comido, perguntou Jesus a Simão Pedro: Simão, filho de João, amas-me mais do que estes outros? Ele respondeu: Sim, Senhor, tu sabes que te amo. Ele lhe disse: Apascenta os meus cordeiros.Tornou a perguntar-lhe pela segunda vez: Simão, filho de João, tu me amas? Ele lhe respondeu: Sim, Senhor, tu sabes que te amo. Disse-lhe Jesus: Pastoreia as minhas ovelhas. Pela terceira vez Jesus lhe perguntou: Simão, filho de João, tu me amas? Pedro entristeceu-se por ele lhe ter dito, pela terceira vez: Tu me amas? E respondeu-lhe: Senhor, tu sabes todas as coisas, tu sabes que eu te amo. Jesus lhe disse: Apascenta as minhas ovelhas?. João 21.15-17


         Esta passagem mostra bem como Pedro gostava da companhia, da amizade de Jesus. Cada vez que Jesus perguntava a Pedro: - Tu me amas (agapao)? Pedro respondia: - Sim, Senhor, tu sabes que te amo (phileo).
         (agapao, ágape) - amor de Deus, amor extremado por.
         (phileo) - sentimento fraternal, amizade
         Ou seja, Jesus perguntava se Pedro o "amava" e Pedro respondia que "gostava" de Jesus.
         Ter a amizade de Jesus é maravilhoso, mas o adorador quer mais!
         Temos deixado Jesus participar de nossas vidas plenamente, ou dizemos para o Senhor: - Jesus, eu deixo você trabalhar na minha vida até este ponto. Não vá além! Deste ponto em diante quem manda sou EU! Quem manda no meu dinheiro sou EU! Quem manda na minha amorosa pecaminosa sou EU! Você é um bom amigo, Jesus. Nada além disto!?

    * Procuro a face de Jesus - Lugar de Intimidade

 

    "Tal é a geração dos que o buscam, dos que buscam a face do Deus de Jacó".  Salmos 24:6


         Devemos desejar muito, termos intimidade com o Senhor. Assim como um casal, como um filho e seu pai que carinhosamente se tocam na face. Este relacionamento é ímpar.
         Este tipo de relacionamento com Deus não é para qualquer um. É somente para aqueles que são nascidos de novo.

    "Sendo de novo gerados, não de semente corruptível, mas da incorruptível, pela palavra de Deus, viva e que permanece para sempre".  1 Pe 1.23


         O Senhor deseja relacionar-se conosco no mais alto nível de intimidade.
         Ter uma vida de intimidade com Deus não é algo que acontece uma vez por semana quando participamos de um culto de adoração. É muito mais! Assim como ser um adorador é um estilo de vida, a intimidade com Deus é algo diário. Mas ainda assim haverá momentos em que seremos por ELE tirados da "Face" e levados para outro lugar...

    * Procuro os pés de Jesus - Lugar de ouvir a voz do Senhor, humilhação, sujeição, sacrifício e adoração.

       Lucas 10.41 - Conta a história de Marta e sua Maria. Marta preocupava-se em preparar uma refeição para Jesus. Enquanto Maria, ouvia Jesus, sentada aos seus pés.
        João 12.23 - Fala de Maria que tomou um vaso de alabastro cheio de precioso ungüento e ungiu os pés de Jesus enxugando-os com seus cabelos. Isto é adoração extravagante! Ela não mediu esforços para adorar o Mestre. Jogou-se aos seus pés não importando quem estava ao redor e adorou, adorou e adorou... Não pediu nada... Não determinou nada... Apenas se prostrou aos pés de Jesus, e o adorou!
         Aos pés de Jesus é lugar onde todas nossas preocupações, anseios e frustrações devem ficar. Quando lanço tudo aos pés de Jesus de forma humilde e em sujeição, ouço a sua voz, recebo orientação, consolo, renovação e vitória!
         Mas há ainda um desafio a mais quando chegamos aos pés de Jesus. É o de permanecermos lá. E isto em todos os momentos da nossa vida!
         Quando permanecemos aos pés do Senhor, não temos tempo de ficarmos olhando o defeito dos outros (julgando), ou de nos preocuparmos e falarmos da vida alheia (crítica, fofoca). Estamos ocupados! Quando estamos aos pés do Mestre não temos tempo de ficarmos reparando ou desejando o que o irmão tem ou deixa de ter (inveja). Estamos aos pés de Jesus! E lá é lugar de submetermos nossos sentimentos a Ele, sejam eles quais forem! Aos pés de Jesus, lá é o nosso lugar!
         Lugar também de permanecermos muitas vezes em silêncio com o coração contrito e rendido ao Senhor. Apenas adorando!

Senhor, leva-me aos teus pés!
