Ainda que a Figueira não Floresça

Onde está Deus? Onde está o juízo contra o mal? Onde está Deus no mundo confuso e cheio de pecado?

Podemos comparar o universo  a um tapete, sendo tecido por Deus. Nós seres humanos só conseguimos ver o avesso--um pouco confuso, às vezes, feio.  Mas quando Deusterminar Seu trabalho, será algo maravilhoso.

Certamente todos nós passamos por crises de fé, em que ficamos decepcionados com o próprio Deus. Às vezes a nossa decepção nos leva a questionar e duvidar da bondade, santidade, e soberania de Deus. Observem bem: Deus nunca critica a expressão de dúvidas honestas, especialmente quando são expressas com o intuito de resolvê-las com humildade, esperança e fé (Hq 2:1,20). "O sempre presente "porque" é melhor respondido com o eterno "Quem"! (Ron Blue)

Não devemos viver nossa vida tentando advinhar os propósitos de Deus neste mundo, mas descansando no Seu caráter já provado. Deus É bom.  Ele É santo. Ele É justo, e soberano, e Ele mostra Seu amor-fiel. Baseado nisso, podemos viver uma vida de fé e fidelidade. Podemos viver acima das circunstâncias, sem ter todas as respostas, porque Deus é suficiente para nós.  Podemos descansar sabendo que Deus acerterá todas as injustiças.

Ainda que a figueira não floresça, nem haja fruto na vide...todavia eu me alegro no Senhor, exulto no Deus da minha salvação (Hq 3.17,18).  Certamente, o justo viverá pela fé (Hq 2.4)
