Turista é um termo que identifica quem viaja muito, quem não perde a oportunidade de conhecer uma nova cidade, quem está sempre à procura de uma nova atração que justifique o seu deslocamento. Essas pessoas fazem do turismo um grande negócio em todo o mundo.

 

Há, também, um outro tipo de turismo que cresce rapidamente nos nossos dias, trata-se do turismo de Igreja. Esses turistas são crentes que ficam "viajando" de Igreja em Igreja. Hoje vão nesta, semana que vem naquela outra e assim por diante. Geralmente essas pessoas são levadas pelas atrações do dia: É um "Louvorzão" aqui, um "Arrasta-pé Evangélico" ali, um "Culto Show" nesta Igreja, uma "Vigília poderosa" naquela outra, e lá vai o turista!!

Se por acaso, você está se tornando um turista de Igreja, atente para estes fatos:
Turista de igreja não agrada a Deus como lemos em Hb 10.25: "Não deixemos a nossa congregação...";

1- Turista de igreja não trabalha para o Senhor, como deveria fazer, servindo na Igreja local onde é membro;

2- Turista de igreja perde a bênção da comunhão, que é resultado do convívio, no mínimo semanal, com os irmãos da sua Igreja;

3- Turista de igreja se torna uma pessoa confusa e desorientada porque assimila uma verdadeira salada mista de doutrinas e práticas;

4- Turista de igreja pratica desonestidade, porque quando se fez membro de uma Igreja, prometeu freqüentá-la assiduamente;

5- Turista de igreja, na maioria das vezes, acaba ficando no meio do caminho, isto é, em Igreja nenhuma.
Não seja você um turista de igreja.
